1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 700jl ("700jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 700jl online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 700jl.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 700jl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration. To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 700jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 700jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of 700jl or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons prohibited from gambling under applicable Philippine law.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 700jl account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 700jl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 700jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. 700jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account are deemed to have been made by you.

3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration and at any time 700jl requests verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 700jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 700jl does not accept foreign currency deposits.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 700jl currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. 700jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.5 Verification Requirements. 700jl may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete verification may result in delays or suspension of withdrawal processing.

4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. 700jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Abuse. 700jl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

5.4 Modification. 700jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 700jl Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 700jl staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 700jl Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of 700jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 700jl.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 700jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

8.2 700jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 700jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. 700jl's decision in such matters shall be final.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 700jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

700jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;

10.2 Termination by 700jl. 700jl may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

10.3 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting 700jl customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 700jl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

11.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who are not satisfied with 700jl's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedure.
